PhotoTools.org ("we", "our", or "the site") provides free, browser-based image editing tools. All image processing happens locally on your device. Your photos, files, and any data you work with are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Images or files you upload or process
• The content of your work
• Personal identification information
• Account credentials (we have no accounts)

All conversions, compressions, crops, watermarks, and other operations run entirely inside your web browser using the Canvas API and WebAssembly. Files remain on your device at all times.

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated usage statistics. This includes:

• Page views and navigation paths
• Browser type and operating system (aggregated)
• Country-level geographic data (not city or precise location)
• Referring URLs

Google Analytics may set cookies to measure traffic. See Google's privacy policy for details. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, approximate location, page views, ad impressions, and ad interactions to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and personalize advertising where permitted.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to PhotoTools.org and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

We do not have direct access to or control over cookies or tracking technologies used by third-party advertising partners. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and advertising policies.

PhotoTools.org itself does not require cookies for image processing. Third-party services, including Google AdSense and analytics providers, may set or read their own cookies or use similar technologies as described in their respective privacy policies.

If you disable cookies in your browser, the core browser-based image tools should continue to work, but advertising personalization, analytics, and some third-party features may be limited.

Our service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
