Chinese Passport & Visa Photo Requirements (33x48 mm)

Photos for Chinese passports and travel documents must be exactly 33 mm wide by 48 mm high. The head width must be between 15 mm and 22 mm, and the head height (chin to crown) must be between 28 mm and 33 mm. The background must be solid pure white or light blue.

Your face must be fully visible with ears and forehead clear. You must wear dark-colored clothing to create a strong contrast with the white or light blue background. Wearing jewelry, glasses, or clothing that matches the background is not allowed.
